Build Wind Power

Massachusetts has the resources to generate 3,000 megawatts of clean wind power annually by 2020—enough to repower over 1 million homes, create 10,000 new jobs and replace the dangerous coal plant in Somerset.

We’ve relied on fossil fuels for over a century, and change won’t be easy. Right now, state law makes it easier to get a permit to build a coal plant than a wind farm. But if enough of us come together, we can overcome dirty-energy inertia and repower our communities with wind.
