for them by name (if you know your state senator) or ask tell them where you
live and ask to be directed to the senator.
When you reach the office tell them you are a constituent
calling about global warming. It is best to tell your own story about why
global warming is important to you, but here are a few key points to use:
- Global warming is a critical problem facing Massachusetts
and the whole world (add why you are personally concerned)
- Scientists tell us we need to reduce our global warming
pollution 20% by 2020 and 80% by 2050 to avoid the worst impacts of global
warming.
- Massachusetts should lead in addressing this critical issue.
