Dear Sen. Brown,

The Clean Air Act has a 40-year track record of protecting Massachusetts' air and cleaning up pollution across the country. I am writing to urge you to oppose Sen. Lisa Murkowski's (R-AK) efforts to gut the Clean Air Act.

In 2007, the Supreme Court ruled that greenhouse gases are a threat to public health, and the Environmental Protection Agency is preparing to act to clean up our air, protecting our health and environment. Please oppose Sen. Murkowski's attempts to roll back the Clean Air Act.
