Letter * Dear Gov. Patrick, Our state is far too dependent on fossil fuels for our energy. A big part of the reason is inefficient, energy-wasting buildings. We can do much better. I want to thank you for your work to weatherize homes across the Commonwealth and update our building codes, and I want to urge you to take the next step toward building a greener Commonwealth by issuing an executive order requiring all new homes and businesses to be zero net energy buildings by 2030.
